Is it 2021 yet?
I think the only thing that hasn’t slowed down during this quarantine life has been my brain. The weeks have blended together before everything even slowed down and I have to struggle to think about all the things that have happened since I last wrote anything here.
Christmas was great and I loved being able to share our favorite girl with my family. We are looking forward to a Kansas family visit next!
We were excited for all that 2020 had in store, but it looks a little different than expected.
The new year had Jason and I feeling hurt and angry with this place we called home for half our time, but after two years at this adventure, we are leaving with the best part of it 💛.
There are a lot of things up in the air and it has my anxiety high at times. On top of that, let’s throw in a pandemic for good measure and four months in..I’m just looking forward to the next 8 to redeem themselves.
There are things I hope to accomplish in these remaining months, but I’m finding myself {happily} surprised by the shift in my focus and direction I hope we can go.
I’m grateful for fluid big dreams and a God much bigger than me that knows how it will all turn out.
